Gislaved Volleyboll Klubb has signed a contract with Terese Bengtsson. Terese comes from GVK's junior team who last season played in Allsvenskan. GVK continues to work long-term to give our own players the opportunity to develop to become elite players. Terese is a young player, with great potential, and we very much look forward to seeing her continue to develop.
We are very excited about Terese's decision to continue with our elite team. She is a talented young player and we hope to get to know her a little better with a few questions:
What are you looking forward to most this season?
I hope for development and to learn more about volleyball. I also look forward to learning more about training in general, get some more practice in volleyball and get to know both new and old players more.
What can you bring to the team this season?
To be a good teammate. Then I do not get anywhere with that long so I do not have the experience that the other players have, then you should try to be as little in the way as possible haha and always do the best I can!
How long have you played volleyball?
I started in autumn 2012 in Girls 97. I was 15 then, and turn 18 by the summer, will soon be 3 years.
Why did you choose to play at GVK?
Is the Gislavedsbo, but also that everyone has been so helpful and nice has made me feel so good in Gvk!
What is the best part of volleyball?
That there is such a diverse sport with so many different elements. You do not get tired and always learn something new!
